​Clifton is an urban neighborhood of Louisville, KY, 40206, and has approximately 2,000 properties in 423 acres.
The Clifton Community Council is an all-volunteer nonprofit (501 c 3) neighborhood association incorporated in March 1989 with one of the first neighborhood plans registered with Louisville Metro (1989) .  The Council begin meeting in 1974 some time after the April 3 Tornado, and was a umbrella district of the Crescent Hill Community Council until it separated from CHCC some years later.
